To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How to use the return portal?
· Please enter the email address you used to place the order
· Enter your order number (this is a 4 digit number which will be on your original order confirmation email and packing slip. NB please ignore any decimal point and number that follows on packing slips). Click Start
· Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
· You will get a confirmation email with the shipping information once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable and when do I need to return the items by?
Items must be in the original condition that you received them in, with labels / tags attached.
· Unwashed and unworn.
· In the original packaging
· Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
You must post your return(s) within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We allow for a reasonable time for the courier service to make the delivery. We recommend using tracked delivery and retaining proof of postage if you are arranging your own return.
Are there any charges for return?
· We provide a pre-paid return label at £2.95 deducted from the value of your order.
How soon will I get my refund?
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. If there are any problems with your returned items we will similarly contact you via email with further details.
· You can expect refunds to be processed via a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days.
