Returns and Refunds

If something isn't quite right with your order, you have 14 days to send it back to us. We will give a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags intact. Refunds will be authorised only after an inspection of the items has taken place. 

IMPORTANT: We do not cover the cost of returns for UK, EU or International shipments and you will be required to initiate the return with your chosen courier service. We recommend purchasing a trackable delivery. We are not responsible for the loss of returned shipments. 

Returns Procedure

  • Package your item(s) securely and in your original packaging where possible. Be sure to enclose your completed Returns Form.
  • Ensure the returns address (see below) is affixed securely and clearly to the front of the package. Please retain your proof of purchase.

We will then be in touch with you once the item(s) have arrived back with us to begin your refund process. Your refund will take between 7-10 business days to process.

Faulty Items

We are happy to offer an exchange (for the same item) if a product has arrived damaged/faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error.
