Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

We have revised our Shipping, Return, and Exchange options to serve you better.

Shipping Options

For orders below £100, we now offer a lower shipping option of £2.95.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £100.

Making a Return or Exchange

You have 14 days to return or exchange your items.  We do not provide a returns label.  You can purchase a label (EVRI) in the portal or send with a carrier of your choice.   

 

Step 1: Prepare the Item

Ensure that all items are in their original condition - clean, free from hairs, fluff, deodorant/make-up marks, odours, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Place them back into the bags they were delivered in.

Step 2: Pack the Item

Enclose the items reusing the original postage bag or your own equivalent.

Step 3: Use the Returns Portal

For all UK returns, please use the returns portal above on this page. Here, you can request exchanges and create return labels by purchasing one from Evri or pick the option for using your own shipping service.

Just log in with your order number and email address used on the order, and follow these steps:

  1. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Choose whether you would like to return or exchange the items.

  3. Purchase a return label or use a carrier of your choice (postage rates vary by weight of items being returned)

  • Note: If using your own service we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for items that get lost or damaged during transit

  • For size-related exchanges, we will refund the cost of the return to the value of the Evri label option available through the portal.

  1. We do not accept deliveries by hand.

  2. Print the postage label and attach it to the parcel.

  3. Include the return slip or the original packing slip inside the parcel.

Step 4: Ship the Item 

Drop off your package at the relevant drop off point. 

If you are sending your return via a carrier of your choice we recommend you ensure your parcel is fully tracked.

Step 5: Await Confirmation

Once we receive and verify your returned items, your refund or new replacements will be sent out automatically. If you do not hear from us within the expected timeframe, please email us at admin@naayib.com.

 

Important Information

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods while they are in your possession and during transit.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns not meeting the criteria will be returned to the sender, and you could be invoiced the delivery fee. 

We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and we request that you use a tracked service.

We reserve the right to deduct 10% of the refund amount to cover any cleaning or re-processing charges for returns not in compliance with the points set out here.
