US Delivery

US Standard Delivery: £19.95 (2-3 Days): Items are dispatched within 48 hours and will arrive within 2-3 business days (via tracked DHL service). PLEASE NOTE: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and/or charges.

EU/International Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and/or charges. We are also unable to cover the cost of international returns. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. They should be used as a guide only. Due to customs clearance procedures in countries outside of the UK, delivery can take longer than expected. We will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible. 

Taxes and Duties

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands). VAT will also be applied to all other EU destinations. VAT will automatically be deducted from your order total if shipping to outside the EU. 

Cancelling an Order

If you have placed an order with NAAYIB but wish to change and/or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to make any amendments; however, this is subject to whether your order has already been processed. In such cases, it is advised to wait until you receive your order and then use our Returns Portal at www.naayib.com/a/returns

Should your order not have been processed and we are able to action a cancellation, any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card will be re-credited within 14 days of your order (or 14 days of your returns receipt where applicable).
